1- Fancy cashew kernels - whole frist qality:

Type: SLW1, LW1, W1 240, W1 320, W1 450

Description: whole cashew kernels white pale ivory or light ash. Reasonably dry and free from insect dammage, blak spots or rancid kernels.

2- Scorched cashew kernels - whole second quality:

Type: SLW2, LW2, W2-240, W2-320, W2-450

Description: whole cashew kernels light brown, ivory due to scorching whilst prcessing. Reasonably dry and free from insect damage, black spots or rancid kernels.

3- Whole cashew kernels - third quality:

Type: W3

Description: whole cashew kernels, deep yellow, brown, amber and light to deep blue, scorched shrivelled or slightly speckled/blemished. Reasonably dry and free from rancid kernels.

4- Whole cashew kernels - fourth quality:

Type: W4

Description: cashew kernels of first or second quality except with pitted spots.

5- Fancy cashew kernels - broken grades:

Type: B1/B2 (Butts)

Description: Kernels broken crosswise and lengthwise larger than 3/8's of whole kernel.

Type: S1/S2 (Splits)

Description: Kernels split naturally lengthwise

Type: P1/P1 (Large pieces)

Description: Kernels broken into more than 2 pièces and not passing through a 4.75mm mesh

6- Small dessert pieces:

Type: SP1/SP2/SP3 (small pices)

Description: Broken kernels smaller than those described as P1 but not passin through a 2.80mm mesh.

The above kernels are available in first, second and third quality categories. We also offer a dry roast for these types on request.

Type: GT (Granules)

Description: Broken kernels smaller than those describe as "SP" but not passing through a 1.70mm mesh. This grade is only available dry roasted.

Type: XT (Small granules)

Description: Broken kernels smaller than those described as "G" but not passing through a 1.10mm mesh. This grade is only available dry roasted.
